Hiteshe Kapadia

Born in 1997 in Burhanpur, Hiteshe Kapadia is an inquisitive practitioner who thrives on a rhythm distinct from monotony. She draws inspiration from architecture, weaving, and dance, where structure, fluidity, and movement spark her imagination. Raised in Madhya Pradesh, she studied architecture at Dr. B.N. College of Architecture, Pune, laying the foundation for her multi-disciplinary journey. Currently based out of Ahmedabad, Kapadia’s artistic roots trace back to childhood, where stringing flowers for rituals became her first exploration of form, rhythm, and devotion. Influenced by Pushtimarg teachings, she delved into Pichwai making.Embracing the meditative discipline of weaving, she transforms discarded denim into new forms — blurring the lines between art and craft. Through sustainability, patience, and storytelling, her work invites exploration and dialogue.
