Born in 1995, Raji Devta is a ceramic artist and design educator based in Ahmedabad. She explores the expressive potential of clay, blending tradition and innovation through wheel throwing, hand-building, and slip casting. A Product Design graduate (2017), she deepened her ceramic practice at Golden Bridge Pottery before founding Clayventures in Ahmedabad in 2019. Her journey includes a residency at Torro Studio, South Korea, and participation in multiple wood-firing workshops. As a faculty member at CEPT, she continues to investigate the transformative power of materiality and process. Her work has been exhibited at Fresh Off the Wheel (Delhi, 2023), Golden Bridge Pottery at Argilla Italia (Faenza, Italy, 2024), and Indoor Outdoor Dialogues (Ahmedabad, 2025).
