Sampurna Naskar

Born in 1992 in Jaldhapa, Sampurnpa Naskar is a visual artist exploring memory, nature, and spirituality. Her work captures the cyclical transformation of seasons, using evolving colour palettes to create a visual language that bridges the external world and inner self.

She holds an MFA from Kalabhavan, Santiniketan, Visva-Bharati University (2017) and a BFA from Rabindra Bharati University (2015). Her practice, rooted in drawing, painting, and mark-making, reflects on repetition, change, and the passage of time.

Naskar has participated in exhibitions at the Birla Academy of Art & Culture, Galerie 88, and Priyasri Art Gallery, among others. Through her process-based approach, she engages with themes of continuity and impermanence. She currently lives and works as an independent artist.
